How do I pay for my ride?
For payment, if we are in long-term contract, we accept bank transfers that can be done periodically depending on number of bookings per month.
If we are not under any contract or if the bookings are very few per month, we go for pre-payment using credit card. We send you a credit card link and you key in your details and invoice amounts and send the funds straight to us. In this method, we do not need your credit card details.

How do I cancel my pickup?
For booking cancellations, email [email protected] with the details. Bookings can be cancelled as late as 12hrs to pick up time for week days and 24 hours for weekends and holidays.
You can also follow up with a call to our 24 hour number +254735622704 to inform us about the cancellation. However note that all cancellations must be in writing and the telephone call is just to reinforce the send email.
